Though HiiT workouts are the rage this year, it's nothing new to us. We've been doing them for years. High-intensity interval training differs from the usual cardio programs in that instead of keeping a steady pace for a long amount of time, you alternate between a fast pace and a slow pace for a generally shorter amount of time. An example of an HIIT workout would involve running at your maximum capacity for 30 seconds, then slowing down to a brisk walk or jog for one minute. You would then repeat this cycle for the desired amount of times. Plyo HiiT One follows this same type of format, but the rest periods or normally a lot shorter.
