Weight watchers on-line

I can't attend meetings due to babysitting issues so I'm thinking of joining the 3 month on-line program for $60.00.
Do any of you think this program is worth the $60.00? I did pretty good years ago with weight watchers when I attended the meetings, but I'm concerned with no actual "meeting" involved in this. The meeting gave me "support and encouragement" and kept me motivated. I'm wondering if I will miss this aspect with the on-line program.

You might also want to checkout Ediets.com. I just joined earlier this week and I'm really enjoying it. I only need to lose 10 pounds and I've already lost 2. I know this is more than likely water weight as it fell off overnight, but that's okay. I now only need 8 more pounds which probably will take a while. They provide you a menu of meals each week with a shopping list. I'm finding this easier for me as I need the structure of having my meals planned for me. I'm not good at it. Anyway, you might want to look into it. They have chats several times per day. I got in on a fitness chat yesterday and it was pretty good.

Hi

I just joined the on line weight watchers and I really like it.

It also gives you a weeks worth of menus, plus allows you to track your meals and exercise through the point system journal. There is also a spot to journalize your thoughts on the notes page.

I found a lot of friends through the on line community. I have joined a couple of lively discussions and there is always a lot of help with questions. I also joined a book club that a girl just started up and we are all reading the first book!

I for one would recommend this to anyone,

Karen

I got the WW at-home kit for $99.00 and it's nice. It comes with all the info you'll need, like a points calculator, restaurant points, etc. It comes with a 30-day guarantee so you could always try it. They also have a payment plan.
