Hello Everyone & Happy Weekend!
Since I haven't been here much - thought I'd start this one.

Linda -- I like seeing your workouts ! They inspire me :)

Yesterday I ran 2.8 miles (maped it on mapmyrun.com -love that site too). And then muscle endurance premix express.

Today - I am hoping to do some KPC. See what time I get out of work.
Going out to dinner with some friends, possibly a good auth. Mexican rest. I'll have to try really hard to resist all those tort. chips on the table. But, they got some good 'healthier' options there too. And maybe one drink......its been a stressful work week!

Just finished legs. Last weekend I squatted 110# for the first time and did 4 sets of 5. My plan for today was to do 5x5. Well I warmed up and did my first set of 5 at 110 and decided to bump up to 115 for 1 set. So I did 5 at 115. Hard but did it and decided ok do it again (had planned on bumping back down to 110). Well I did 4 sets of 5 at 115!!! I was pretty excited. Hopefully I can keep my eating in check today since I had my cheat yesterday.

Hi Girls..

Just a quick check in. I did a 7 mile run today and plan on doing abs tonight at work. I haven't eaten anything sweet yet today and yesterday I did pretty good as well. The scale isn't showing ANY improvment though so I have decided to ditch the heavy weight training and go back to running and a couple full body workouts per week. Im also going to try and sqeeuze in 2 pilate workouts a week...SNORE!!!!!!!!

Afternoon ladies,

Have some good DOMS going so didn't feel like doing anything so I did the original Bootcamp cardio only premix twice! Work out was about 35 minutes and a lot harder than I thought it would be.

No sweets yet but eating hasn't been great, need to clean it up more again.
