Ways to gain weight

From the last 3-4 years, I have constant weight. So now I want to gain more weight. I have tried a lot but nothing couldn't work. Please suggest me any diet plan that will work for me.
 
If you are talking about gaining muscles, then I can help you from my experience. I started workout for loosing fats, and after that I changed my whole workout plan and diet. My only goal was to gain muscles. But it all depends upon your fitness and workout plan, the reason each diet plan work different for every body, on the basis of lifestyle and fitness level.

there is not a specific diet to gain weight. you should have a diet with a coach. you should have a diet by your depend on your changes and your body type.
