Watching CBS programs on iPad...help!

Hi,

Has anyone had a problem downloading the CBS app to your iPad? I want to watch some CBP prime time show on my iPad but the app will now download for some reason. Having all kinds of problems trying to watch an episode. I can do it easily on my desktop PC but that isn't very comfortable to watch on!

I've tried cbs app on 1st gen and mini iPad - no go both times. It downloads but watching shows doesn't work. My mother has an android tablet and can't get that to work either.
