Wanna chat?

Hi Everyone! I have a lengthy meeting starting now and then I'll need to grab a quick lunch. I'll be here at 2:30pm if you want to chat about anything. See you soon :7

Hi Cathe!
When you come back, could you please check out the 30-40 minute work out thread below? I posted it a while ago and was sort of hoping for your "blessing". There are a few of us with limited work out time that would probably love an "ok" from you. Or, if you can't just agree with everything we say, give us your expert opinion.:+

Have a fun meeting!

I'm in Japan and am just going to bed now, but I just wanted to say hello and nice to meet you!

Hi Cathe! Yes anything that will stop me from feeling guilty when I don't do the full hour! Looking forward to the new series. And I haven't done any of your rotations yet, so looking forward to one with the new series (no pressure:)

Sure! Thrilled the new wo's are coming soon!

Tried "just" walking outside and on the TM a few weeks back, but had to keep you in the mix. Felt like I was cheating too much! :7 LOL! Now I'm doing the Oct. rotation, 2 days done! Can't wait to try that Bonus Burn. Maybe tomorrow for cardio. Maybe not. ;)

I had a NE PA GTG at my house this weekend w/ Robin (buffetgirl), Wendy, (fit_mom), and Marie (redmct)! We had sooo much fun. I haven't laughed so hard in ages. Hated for it to end. Hopefully you'll have one again sometime so we can meet you!

Posted some pics on my trail from the weekend. Check them out if you have a chance! Take care and thanks for all you do! :)

Hi Cathe!
I plan on starting your beginner rotation after I have my 3rd baby in January, and am currently staying active with prenatal dvd's, walking, water aerobics, and a prenatal fitness class offered through my local hospital.

My question is this: down the road when I've mastered the beginner rotation and feel sufficiently ready to move onto to more challenging workouts, is there an intermediate level rotation available? I really like the idea of the rotations as a guideline and plan on giving them a try.

Thanks:)
Stacey

Hi Cathe!

I just wanted to tell you how excited I am about the new workouts!!! Will you have clips up soon so we can see some of these amazing workouts until we get them? I just finished your Butts and Guts Sept 2005 rotation yesterday. I love that rotation, my results were fantastic as they were last year when I did it. That one's a keeper!

I preordered on the first day of the presale last year and although it has been a long time waiting, I haven't regretted my preorder once nor even thought about canceling it. No way I was giving up that fantastic price for four DVD's. I know how much of a value they are with all the premixes you give us.

I just wanted to say hello and thank you. The blog has been so entertaining, thank you for letting us "behind the scenes" with you.

Hi Cathe,
I asked this a few days ago and got no response. My question is are you going to use a High Step in these new workouts? My next question is are you going to be using the High Step in future workouts? I have a fanny lifter now and I want to upgrade and buy the High Step and want to get alot of use out of it using your DVD's. Can you tell me which DVD's use the High Step?
Thanks so much,
Colleen

First off, the new vids look awesome...thanks for all your hard work. I don't know how you managed to handle all the demands with two little boys. Kudos to you. Amazing woman you are!

Just curious...

Would you EVER consider a fitness type Cathe contest (including before and after pics, essay, etc.) where your fans would pick the finalists. Then, the finalists could compete (in a mock video or something similar) at a road trip event. The prize, of course, being a spot in one of your fitness vids?

I know you've said that there are enormous time commitments involved, but you could include the winner in a more basic weight lifting video where there is no complex choreography to learn and all participants would have to sign a waiver to travel when needed, etc.?

Just a thought that won't leave my head.

Back from lunch!

and it was yummy....wow, you all started chatting without me! Let me read this thread and caught up...BRB...

Hey Cathe!! Just wanted to join in and say hello too!! Glad to hear the workouts are off to Sony, I'll be checking the blog/forums often to see when they will be ready to ship!! Not too much longer now! :D

So...are you going to give us a hint on what the "goodie" may be for those who held on to their preorder? }( :p

Cathe - what an inspiration you are for us! Just - thank you! All the best.

Hi Kali! How nice that you all had a mini roadtrip together. Based on those pictures you sure did have a great time. I LOVED the "deer friends"...what a riot! So many great pic's. You all look so fit too. Thanks for sharing!

Congratulations on your pregnancy. Sounds like a great pregnancy, yippee! Sure I can do an intermediate rotation. Remind me to write one when you are ready for it. Best of luck to you and hugs to your other little two :7

Hi Cathe! Just wanted to say "HI!".

If your ears are ringing around 7:30 EST tonight, it's just me doing Imax 2! Sometimes I shout out "you are evil!" }( But only on Interval 9! HAHAHA. Then once I'm through it and doing the "happy dance", I apologize.

I hope you are well! And of course, I am looking forward to the new workouts. Especially Low Impact Circuit! Can't wait for that one.

Take care!
