Someone posted at VF about this so thought I'd post about this here!
Has anyone done any updates on this infamous rotation using any new dvds, not necessarily just Cathe? I'm into more lighter weight/hi rep stuff at the moment, but I have done this rotation before using Gym Styles. For those of you not familiar with it this is the generic rotation...
-Total Upper Body
-Lower Body
-Shoulders, Bi's, Tri's
-Cardio
-Total Body weights
-Cardio
-Rest
I'd probably do yoga on the rest day, add in some abs and maybe a short HiiT workout on the Sh/Bi/Tri day.
