[email protected] you will automatically receive an email from us with a ticket number within a few minutes of contacting us. This is not done by our staff, it's auto-generated by our software. If you don't receive an automatic reply, make sure to check your spam folder and or that you don't have us blocked.
I can tell you that "Subscription Required" usually means either you don't have a subscription or you are not logging in correctly to your subscription.
I see you said previously that you can log in to Cathe OnDemand on your iPhone, but not Cathe Live. Though I can't be sure without having direct contact with you, it seems to me that you more than likely signed up through Apple instead of us. If you did this and signed up for Cathe OnDemand through Apple, you will only get access to Cathe OnDemand, not Cathe Live.
When you sign up through Apple, Cathe OnDemand and Cathe Live are sold separately. I'm guessing you purchased Cathe OnDemand through Apple, and hence, you will not be able to view Cathe Live unless you purchase it separately. This will also explain why you can't access Cathe OnDemand on your Smart TV, as you can only use Cathe OnDemand when purchased from Apple on an Apple iOS device.
When you purchase Cathe OnDemand directly from us, you get access to iOS, tvOS, Roku, Android and Fire TV, and the web version + the Workout Blender + Cathe Live.
Again, I'm taking a guess that you purchased Cathe OnDemand through the Apple App Store. If your Cathe Ondemand monthly price is around $14.99, it means you signed up through the Apple App Store.
However, without direct contact with you, I can't say for sure where you purchased from, but hopefully my response helps you. Also, make sure to check your spam and junk folders for our auto-response.
Lastly, even with a smart tv you would want to use Chromecast, Roku, or Apple TV to watch. Watching using a browser may or may not work on a smart TV, but even if it does work, it will not be the same experience as using our Apps.
