i'm having an off eating day. not unhealthy just timed badly and my body feels it. i woke up late this morning which means my workout ran later than normal. so i decided to combine meals 1 and 2 (calorie wise). well even though it was 500cals i was hungry about 3 hrs later b/c my body is used to frequent feedings. but since i was in school i waited to get home to eat lunch. so i got home a 1 starving and pretty much at meals 3 and 4 together. then i was tired b/c my body was trying to digest the food. once again 2.5 hrs later i'm hungry so i ate another meal (cottage cheese with peanute butter and an apple) i plan on eating dinner and another snack before bed like i normally do. i physically cannot do less frequent large meals anymore. my body does not do well on them. i feel tramendous dips in energy and moodiness. i'm sure i will end up about 200 cals higher today than most days but thats ok. at least i ate healthy. anyways, i get aggrevated planning all those meals sometimes but now i'll just think of how i felt today and it will make me more than happy to plan my meals.
