When doing 4-limbed, compound exercises, do any of the taller people feel you have to RUSH? For instance, when the DVD calls for putting weights down, standing up, and then picking the weight back up overhead I have a hard time matching the pace. I feel it's because shorter people can do such moves faster because it takes them less time to get down there! Hope I'm not alone in this experience. I'm curious to see if anyone feels this way.
