I love your CTX set and am looking forward to the new Time Saver DVD. Could you please please please include Ab work in the Time Saver DVD? I love your intense Ab work and would be disappointed if there was not any included in the new Time Saver. If Ab work is not possible (due to time restraints) could you please do an ab compilation of the new Blast sets, so that I will have new ab work to add on? I like to put in one workout and be done, so if Ab work is not included I find myself not adding them on.
