Attention Cathelive Subscribers: Thursday Oct 30th @ 9:15am Cathelive will be Step Choreography w/Blasts. You'll do some oldie but goodie step choreography mixed with some high intensity step blasts. Equipment needed: A full sized step (set to either 6 or 8 inches, your choice).
