Hi Cathe and others,

Could you please explain the "banana" from LIC. In other words, how far up should you hold your legs and head? and do you keep your entire back flat or just the lower region. I think i am doing them right, but i just wanted to make sure.

Good Morning Yvonne! The range will vary slightly for everyone but basically your body will curve up just like a banana vs a "V" shape. Therefore, your back will have a "C" curve to it. Your lower back will be anchored and engaged while your upper back will be lifted a bit WITHOUT the low back arching or "popping" up.
