Hello Cathletes, just need to consult this panel of experts here. I just completed the Anti-Gravity Workout Rotation that one of our Cathletes created and it was fun, awesome and challenging. I love doing programs where it tells me what to do next. I've done both of the following workouts - STS/LIS and Body Beast - which one should I do, I'm taking a vote. I know that Body Beast is much shorter workouts than STS/LIS (even though I can do the longer workouts) but I love Cathe!! I did enjoy Body Beast too - Oh my goodness, I just can't decide. Help!! Also, I love, love the new RWH workouts too and somehow I want to incorporate them in these programs. Cathe is so awesome - I never get bored with her.
