STS and Leg Workout days

Can anyone tell me if it's ok to change the Legs workout day to the end of the week? Am I right in assuming that the workout is midweek to give more of the upper body muscles more rest? I notice that when I do legs midweek I'm not at my top energy level (also sore) for the next days round of exercises.
Anybody else feel the same?

I wouldn't see a problem with changing it as long as you have proper rest days in there. The first time I did STS I had to change it around a lot because my schedule was kinda wonky, but I just followed some basic rest cues, so as not to overwork/cause strain to any particular muscle. For example:

~In Meso 1: Chest is worked w/shoulders and biceps which are both key muscles used in your back workout. And the same goes for triceps being worked on back day.

~In Meso 2 this changes, but you would still have to be careful not to overwork shoulders (which are needed for everything)

~In all Meso's I try to be careful to leave enough rest between back day and leg day, as they work some of the same muscles (like deadlifts work lower back and hamstrings)

HTH ;)

I just did my first week of STS, I keep my legs for end of week when I am just doing legs and nothing else since my legs are tired from lots of cardio from the week. I do M,T upper then rest (sort of, teach yoga and cardio w,th) then do legs on friday, this allows me to rest during the weekend and heal for the next week when I teach cardio and yoga all week M through Thursday.
You have to find what works with your schedule and body to prevent injuries.
