Strong Legs & Abs

Hi I have the Strong Legs & Abs and would like to know how often can I do it. should it be every other day???? thank you
 
Yes, you should give your muscles a day of rest before tortouring it again... work on it today, rest tomorrow, do it again the day after tomorrow, etc. So, every other day is fine.

I do that workout 2 times a week. The lower body from MIS or Power Hour I'll do every other day but Stronger Legs is longer and I always feel I need more days off inbetween it.
