I slept better last night, yea! This morning I did Power Hour UB only and a ride in Jamaica! I am taking tomorrow off work. Of course have lots to do over the weekend but hopefully can find some downtime too since I think it is supposed to be nice weather.

Cheryl Great job getting in a workout despite being so tired. I can see why you were so tired though, that was quite the night you had. At least you were able to get the sample!

Julie It's not just you, the sliders definitely make the burpees and mountain climbers harder. They can just totally wipe me out! Great job on PPLB down only and EBE B+C. I hate when you can't feed them and they get so confused. I was glad to see that Gunner's surgery went well too!

Cheryl Great job on Cardio Slam. There is no shame in taking breaks! You must have had some energy getting your freezer and pantry cleaned too!

Julie Great job on your walk/jog in Vietnam and YB. That was a lot to do after such a lousy sleep. Great job on PH and your ride in Jamaica. I'm glad to hear you got a better slow. I hope you are able to take some time to enjoy the nice weather too.

I didn't realize I had been MIA for so long! Tuesday I did body weight and bands and core, then I had lunch with some friends and went to Costco. Costco was a mad house, I was so surprised for Tuesday afternoon, Then I made lasagna sauce for 4 lasagna as we are cooking for a men's homeless shelter Yesterday DH and I went for a bike ride and out for lunch and then I put the 4 lasagnas together and baked them. Then I went to see Resect with a couple of friends. It was really good. This morning was PHA2 + core and extended stretch. Now I have 4 more lasagnas to make and then have to go drop them at the church that will be serving them on Saturday, Have a great day.

Julie Glad to hear that Gunner's surgery went well. I bet he would have been excited to see your DH. Great work on your walk/jog in Vietnam and your vinyasa YB session with a horrible sleep. Glad that you got a better nights sleep. Good job on PH UB only and your ride in Jamaica. I hope you can get everything done that you need too and get some down time too.

Pam Good job on Body Weight and Bands and core, your bike ride and PHA2 and core. Costco is always a madhouse. I went there on Wednesday and it was so busy. Wow you sure make a lot of lasagna. I bet you don't need to look at the recipe anymore. Glad that you enjoyed Resect. Though I have no idea what that is.

Wednesday I did P30 Upper Body, then I went to Costco. As I told Pam it was a madhouse there. Probably for us it was because it was just before Thanksgiving. Then I got some baking done when I got home. This morning I did RWH Circuit Lower Body. Then I went out to take my mom out as she needed to get some shopping done.

Cheryl You might have had a better idea what the movie was if I had spelled it right . It's Respect, the story of Aretha Frankins life. Great job on P30 upper and surviving Costco! Oh boy, you are brave going there right before Thanksgiving! Great job on RWH CLB.

This morning was Lower Body Blast. It went by quickly but I think I will be feeling it tomorrow. Today I have 1 lasagna to deliver to a family. I thought I had marked myself unavailable since I was doing the other lasagnas, but I marked the wrong week . Luckily I only had a single family though so not too bad. Have a great day.

So Friday I did P30 Mobility Basics and then I had a busy day at work. Saturday I did Afterburn and work was incredibly busy. Today I was so tired I didn't workout and pretty much had a lazy day. The only thing I did was take Tango to the vet to have his blood pressure taken. He has early stage kidney disease so they need to know what type of meds he may need so they needed to take his blood pressure. He really doesn't like the car so I am glad that it is just a 10 minute drive to the vet.

Pam No worries on being MIA! It can sneak up on you. Great job on BW and Bands and core! I have to talk myself into going to Costco because it is always so busy. That is awesome you made lasagnas for the homeless shelter. Glad you enjoyed Respect! Great job on PHA 2 plus core and ES! Great job on LBB! I haven't done that one in forever. Glad you were able to get your lasagna delivered.

Cheryl Great job on P30 UB! Wow, I missed the Costco announcement although it is always a madhouse and I really have to talk myself into going. Great job on RWH CLB and P30 MB and AB! You needed a rest after those tougher workouts and such busy work days. Poor Tango! I hope they can get his meds dialed in for him. Hope you had an excellent Thanksgiving!

Friday I did a jog in Vietnam and a Vinyasa yoga session. After that I took Dh's car to get an oil change and then did some chores and meal prepping when I got home (I did get some downtime too). Saturday I did a heavy leg workout and then went to my mom's to help her with some things. They are getting ready to drive to Arizona to visit my neice. They are going to take a few days to get out there with only driving 6-8 hours a day but it still makes me nervous them being in their 70s going out there alone. Sunday was my lazy day and this morning I did PUB Down Only and a Vinyasa yoga session.

Cheryl Great job on MB and Afterburn. Sorry to hear about Tangos kidney disease, hopefully they are able to manage it well with medication. I ha a cat that used to get so scared in the car he would pant and drool. I started using a mobile vet because of that and I love the mobile vet so much I have never changed back.

Julie Great job on your job in Vietnam and yoga, I'm glad you were able to get some downtime in between all of the chores! Great ob on our heavy leg workout and PUB Down only and yoga. I like the idea of doing the down only premixes because I get tired of all those sets in those workouts. I hope things go well for your parents on their drive, I would be nervous about that too.

Saturday Ii did Ramped Up Upper body with core and stretch and I don't remember what I did the rest of the day . Sunday was my rest day and we had a Meow House event. The local architecture group started this thing called Barkitecture a couple of years ago.Architectural teams build pet furniture and compete for prizes. Then there is a silent auction to sell all of the furniture that they built. It was really fun and there was a great turn out, so hopefully we will get a big donation from that. They split all of the proceeds from the event between us the dog rescue that they had selected to participate.I brought 5 new fosters home from the event so I'll have a houseful until I get some more adoptions! This morning was CCC! I was going to sub in something else but decided to do it and just do some modifications which made it much better. I only did a few of the roll back and spring up things and I just can't do the last ab section without killing my back and knees so I did butterfly sit ups instead. Have a great day!

I am sure your parents drive to Arizona will go well. My parents used to drive from Vancouver to Arizona towing a 5th wheel every year so I understand your nervousness.

Pam Great job on RUUB + core + stretch and CCC with modifications. Too funny about not remembering what you did the rest of the day (you are starting to sound like me ). I hope you get a big donation from the Meow House event.

This morning I did ICE Bootcamp Circuit. Then in the afternoon we went out to take my mom out and about. We went for a bit of a drive and then we went to the casino. It was really busy there, we didn't win any money but my mom won $40. After that we met up with my brother and his fiancé for thanksgiving dinner at a Greek restaurant. The food was really good and I am stuffed now.

Pam Great job on RUUB and whatever else you did that day! That sounds like a fun event and hopefully they got a good donation out of it. Wow 5 fosters sounds like you will have your hands full for a while. Great job on CCC! Sometimes modifications can turn a dreadful workout into a fun or at least manageable one.

Cheryl Great job on ICE BCC! Glad you got to spend some fun time with your mom and your family. I am not sure I have ever had Greek food before. Unless falafels are Greek. I love falafels!

Yesterday we got pretty bad storms and even had a small tornado touch down a few miles away. I was getting dinner ready and heard DH close the front door so I went to the window to see what he was doing. He was walking down the street trying to get a better view of the toronado. This morning I did PLB Down Only and EBE 1 Booty & Core!

This morning I did a hike in Vietnam. It was like 1200 steps or something like that up to a cave. After that I did a Vinyasa yoga session. It was the best one yet. It was all about opening the hips which I always sorely need but it was also really relaxing. Gonna have to favorite that one.

Yesterday my DH and I went for a bike ride. It was a beautiful day and perfect weather for a ride. In the afternoon I went to a garden shop and bought some plants. This morning was Total Body Trisets Total body express and then I planted to plants that I bought yesterday afternoon. Have a great day!

This morning I did Fit Tower Total Body Upper Body focus only and a ride in Jamaica! I am taking most of today off work and all day tomorrow. I have some time I need to use up or lose it and I am going to try to get a lot done around the house again. It feels never ending some times! I was hoping we would be able to spend some time on the deck this weekend too but it looks like it might not get above 60 this weekend so that it is a little too chilly for me.

Julie Great job on FT Total Body Upper Body focus and your ride in Jamaica. I know what you mean when getting things done around the house seem never ending. I want to get a propane fueled fire pit for our patio so we can spend time out there when it isn't that warm out. Enjoy your weekend.

This morning was Cardio Leg Blast and it almost did me in. In the afternoon I took my mom into her heart doctor. She does need surgery but we need to see if she needs open heart surgery or a more non-evasive type. We are now waiting to see when she can get in to see the surgeon.

Yesterday I made and delivered a lasagna and then did Step Blast and then had dinner at a friends house. It felt like the day flew by. This morning was Plyo Hiit 2 and bonus abs one. I hadn't done that one in awhile and I was huffing and puffing my way through it. I'm doing a birthday dinner for a friend tomorrow so am going to get the shopping and some of the prep work done today. Have a great day.

So I have felt really run down so I decided not to workout. Work has been busy and I am exhausted by the end of the day. I can't remember if I mentioned it or not but I will be quitting probably by next month, the end of December at the latest. They have done interviews for someone to take my place so the next step is to do reference checks. I have mixed feelings about leaving because I do like my job and who I work with but it is getting to be a bit too much for me. I will go back to being a volunteer there though but 2 hours volunteering is easier than working 2 or more full days there.

Cheryl The fire pit sounds like a nice idea. Great job on CLB! That is a toughie. I hope your mom can have the non-evasive surgery. Open heart sounds scary although I know it is fairly common. I am sure that was a tough decision to make to leave working there and go back to volunteering but it sounds like you have thought it through and gave them plenty of notice to find a replacement which is really nice of you. Volunteering for 2 hours sounds less draining than 2 full days.

Thursday I was able to get a bunch of meal prepping done so that made Friday just cleaning day. Friday I did a run in Vietnam and then a Vinyasa yoga session. After that I got all my cleaning done and even gave the 3 dogs a bath. Saturday I decided to take it easy and just did some flexibility and mobility work and then ran some errands. Sunday was my lazy day and this morning I did STS Meso 2 Legs D14 and some core work.

Cheryl It sounds like you made the right decision to quit work. It seems like you often work more than 2 days too because of filling in for other people. Hopefully that will help with how you have been feeling. And you'll still get to be involved with your volunteer time.

Julie That is great that you were able to get so much done on Thursday and Friday. Great job on your run in Vietnam and yoga, cleaning, dog baths, flexibility work and M2 D14 + core!

I ended up not doing workouts Saturday or Sunday. My friend really enjoyed her birthday dinner on Saturday and Sunday we went to a golf tournament in town. It was fun seeing some of the guys that we see on TV and it was a very exciting finish with a playoff. This morning I did Athletic Training and now I have a bunch of house work to get done that I didn't do over the weekend. Have a great day!

Pam Sounds like you had a great weekend! That would be neat to go to a golf tournament. How does that work with the fans? Do you pick one hole to stay at or do you follow the players from hole to hole? Great job on Athletic Training!

This morning I started a new paper weight workout from Nia Shanks called Push Pull Lower. Today was push day. After that I did some a short yoga flow. I purchased a program that is designed to strengthen your core and arms so you can do arm balances like crow. Not sure I will ever get to crow but it intrigued me.
