stranded on an island?????

if you were stranded on an island with a dvd player, step, and weights but were only allowed one cathe workout to bring, what workout would you bring? I think i would bring B&G. but its super hard to just pick one isn't it:D
 
That's a tough question. I don't know which work out I'd pick. There are so many that I love.

Body Max 2 - I do something from it every week right now.

Of course, I don't have all of Cathe's DVDs....
 
Yea! I agree totally w/ BM2 - you have cardio, blasts, weights w/ lower and upper, abs - everything, and it is 97 minutes total! Oh yeah!!

BM2! I was just thinking the other day of designing a rotation (just for fun) based solely on BM2--wondering if you could use it exclusively if you were not able to have a bunch of Cathes. Of course, I hope I'm never limited to just one Cathe myself!
