Hi ladies! I can't believe it but I am actually on my last week of Meso 2 of STS. I have LOVED this mesocycle and can really see some nice little muscles popping out. This leads me to a question. In Meso 3, since it is designed to increase strength, is my understanding correct that I shouldn't expect any more hypertrophy during Meso 3? In other words, will I or will I not be adding more muscle to my body? If additional muscle growth doesn't typically occur during Meso 3 then I may want to do another 2 month round of Meso 2. Would that be a good idea? I have managed to gain 5 pounds since I started (most if not all muscle) and I'd like to gain a couple more pounds of muscle if possible before I am done with the 6 1/2 month rotation. What do you guys think??? As always, thanks for taking the time to help a newbie lifter out!
