To change things up a bit today, I pulled out Step Moves and was pleasantly surprised! I was able to pick up the choreography and follow right along with Cathe and crew. I'm not sure my hr was really very high, but for s fun, intermediate change of pace, Step Moves fit the bill I did the w/o with two risers and would still classify it as intermediate. Nice break from all my usual HIIT workouts!
