Okay, as part of my Birthday Goal to myself I have made a goal of learning to do The Crow pose. I am NOT a yoga person. But this pose looks SO COOL! I think it would be a great way to develop my upper body so I REALLY REALLY want to do this! I have looked at several videos on the internet to try to figure it out.....to no avail ! I CANNOT seem to get past the initial lean onto my hands after the starting Frog pose. I just sort of rock forward for a second and can't get my feet off the ground . HELP!!!!
