Hi Everyone

I just thought I would post this after pre-ordering all of Cathe's new DVD's I went and ordered 6 new DVD's (CIA have a dvd with 3 workouts on it)and 4 new vids.

This after assuring my sister that I would not get anymore after Cathe. My reasoning being well these will come before Cathe's DVD's.

Anna I ordered from Collage and then remembered what you said about CK Sales I ordered from them Janis Safrell's kick boxing tapes. I have her Kickit tape and I love it.

Oh well that me well and truly broke for the rest of the year. I am now just waiting for The 6 new Firm tapes to come out in DVD then I am done.

let me know how long your vids/DVDS take to arrive from America. CK Sales are very quick - so far my orders have always arrived 1 week after ordering, which is pretty quick. I am still trying to decide what to get next month from CK Sales.

BTW, I have had a good look through Oxygen, and it is quite a good magazine, despite those adverts, I really liked that article on the stability ball. Even though I am not pregnant, it has given me some more ideas on how to use it !

I can't wait to read the reviews on Cathe's new Pyramid workouts when they come out

Anything nice planned for today Babs ? It is quite bright and sunny here in Nottingham, though I bet its cold. DH is on holiday for a week starting tomorrow, so it'll be nice to have a helper with the children

I have nothing planned for today (too poor to go anywhere until pay day next week)so its just staying in and deciding what to watch this evening. I agree with you about the mag it does have some great exercise ideas.

I will have to order Ab Hits at some point as Aquajock recommended this for my absolution. I watched the audtions for Rivals which I loved but I have missed some many shows due to being out and just forgetting it was on I have lost track.

I know what you mean about DH being on holiday most of the guys where on leave last week looking after their sprogs, and the rest are off next week including one of my bosses (you may have noticed from my emails I work for 3 people).

Yes I can't wait to see the new vids and working out how to use them I saw Aquajock and I think it was Jillybean or Honeybunch were talking about new rotations. Any must run Columbo is about to start will check back later.

I am just chilling out today, doing the washing and blitzing the kitchen, gradually working my way through my CD collection
