Pam, on the top this page, you see Cathe pic and forum sign next too it you see search button. The little round thing . Click on that.

Yes, that's it...it looks like a magnifying glass. Even though I found the search button, I still cannot find the thread that had the link to all the Cathe workout sheets.

Most internal links will not work yet. We're getting ready to test the redirect rule we recently wrote on our test server. If it works okay we will make it live and most internal links will then work. We will let everyone know in our announcement forum when this happens.
