Totally not fitness-related, but had to say I purchased the Scrubs Season 1 DVD this weekend and can't tell you how happy I am with my purchase! I'm a big fan of the show but didn't catch all the episodes in season one and I'm excited about seeing them now. I watched some of the commentary (which is very funny) and the first 3 episodes. FUNNY! I haven't been much of a "laugher" lately...but this DVD had me rolling. I LOVE this show. If you haven't seen it -- I HIGHLY recommend it. Definitely "2 biceps up" from me (since my thumbs really aren't that great).
