Running Time

Hey Cathe,

I think I have read that you like to incorporate running into your exercise regime. I was wondering what your pace is (mile per minute or miles per hour) when you go on a flat out run (no sprint or "blast" segments). This would pertain to exercise not competition run. I was just curious because:

1) I am competitive at heart.

and

2) Your fitness level is a great source of motivation for me.

I would like to know this too? Also How often do you run? My husband got me in to running and now I love it!

I have been running consistently for 3 years. I discovered step aerobics and cathe in february so I usually try to do running every other day and step in between (sometimes I do both). I have gone through spells where I run close to every day, but for the most part run every other. I run between 20 and 40 minutes, but mostly 30 minutes.

It is a really good stress reliever (when the weather is nice!)
