Hi Cathe,
I am confused a bit about rotations most specifically involving weight training.
For some reason, I have it in my head that I have to stick to one weight training program (one of your videos) for weeks on end until I see results in the shape, definition and/or strength of my muscles.
For example I'll do lets say MIS for 2-3 days a week for a few weeks, than change to Power Hour for 2-3 days a week and so on with your various strength videos. Now, I notice on some of your rotation plans that you post on the website you vary the strength workouts from week to week never doing the same strength workouts in one given week. I really like the idea of this b/c of the variety and fun factor. Do you find that by still working all the major muscle groups 2-3 X's week with slightly diff exercises from diff. tapes gives better results? in muscle shape, tone, etc. (from your own experience and the other ladies in your videos and your classes).
I feel as though I am a bit stuck as far as gettting more definition, do you feel that changing strength workouts every workout, every week or every month would be most beneficial for someone like me.
thank you for your advice and your great workouts,
Robyn
