my sentiments exactly. The only good thing about my weight gain is larger breasts, and of course they are disappearing, while my stomach is ad doughy as ever.
LOL My husband keeps telling me not to do the upper body weights for fear of getting smaller on top, but to just concentrate on lower body . I have to keep telling him it doesn't work that way!
OK, now hubby tells me I should eat ice cream every day to keep from losing from them. Sure, that'll just prevent me from losing fat from anywhere. It sure was a nice thought though! - Ice cream will fatten only your breasts. LOL
I don't know why. But, I do know that my tummy area responds to lower carb and my bottom half responds to run/walk intervals of at least 30 minutes 3x/week, up to 90 minutes. Basically just jog at about 70 percent of max for 1 minute, then 80 % for a minute, then sprint to redline it, as soon as you redline walk it down to 70 % again for about a minute. Do this with your favorite itunes or podcasts and the time flys by and so do the fat around your thighs!
