As for this ole' gal ;o) I'm doing MIS (lower) and then attemp cardio kicks; I never done the two together before. However, I shall see how it goes. Thinking to do cardio kick first, then really fatigue the legs with MIS. What are you planning for today?

I gotta say that I would not be brave enough to do cardio kicks followed by MIS (even if I just did the legs in MIS) That is quite a combination! MORE POWER to ya (cuz you're gonna need it)

but to answer your question, today I got up and did

(drum roll)
INTERVAL MAX

I even attempted the tucks. Well I got my feet about 3 inches off the ground but I did them all.

Man I'm pooped. I think I'll have to go for something a little easier tomorrow. (now that's a laugh.. what Cathe vid is an easier one?)

I'm adone for the day, gracios a dios. I did Rhythmic Step this morning, and at lunch worked on those implements of torture, i.e. the leg machines. (In the good ole days, they used to just tie each of your legs to a couple of horses and let it rip (excuse the pun!)

Tomorrow morning is S&H Triceps & Biceps and at lunch maybe a Pilates class or I'll do some back and shoulder free-weights.

I haven't actually done the Pilates class at my gym yet -- it's a new class so I've just watched it. Interestingly enough, the instructor does the same things as Cathe in her abs (planks, etc) and closing stretches from the CTX series. Here I was doing Pilates all along and didn't know it. Go figure!

Good luck with Cardio Kicks and MIS legs. You're a braver girl than I, Gunga Din!

Hi Teddygirl!

Funny, I did MIS lower body today as well. I ran first. I have become enamored with a couple of the older workouts. For example, I did BodyMax step with MIS upper body yesterday. This worked out well for me.
 
Hey Teddygirl - I almost did what you did, but I only have 60 min. in the a.m. so I did CTX's kickbox with MIS lower body today. I love this combo because kickboxing really fatigues my upper body, so it works great with lower body strength training. Yesterday I did 10/10/10 and MIS upper. That was great too. Hve fun.
 
Hi guys

Last night when I got home, I decided to laid down, for 15 minutes or so, to relax before putting on my workout clothes; because I was feeling a little tired. The next thing I knew it was 11:30 pm when I awaken, duh!!! I missed my workout. I really felted bad and mad, cuz I had just had a rest day on Wednesday. Don’t you just hate unplanned rest days. Finally, I just turned over and went back to sleep. However, today, I am well rested ;o)

I did get my butt up this morning to work out. I did LBS and a one hour interval treadmill workout. Hopefully, I'm doing MIS (lower) tonight or Pilates. Thanks all for replying.
