After finishing ctx upper body split today i was checking out my muscles and my DH was like holy cow Shera!!! That inspired me to buy another upper body w/o so i chose pub. I had to buy the VHS cause I do not need the lower body my leg muscles are grotesque in a good way. I love the muscles the firm and running have given my legs but i praise Cathe for my upper body!!!

Go for it girl. PUB, to me, is an excellent upper body w/o.

CTX upper body is on my list for January! I love PUB and am glad to hear CTX Upper body gave you great results. ;-)

I'm curious...I have never used the FIRM, what are different about the leg workouts (from Cathe) that have made them more effective for you?

I use the Firm at least 4x's a week and the constant climb on the Fanny lifter i guess is the culprit. They also do a lot of lunges and hover squats. I have tried Cathe's leaner legs but tend to find it very monotonous. With the firm you are constantly changing and moving.

By the way my arms are feeling good after doing PUB yesterday!!!!
