Protein powder suggestions??

Hi all!

If you regularly use protein powder for shakes, would you list your favorite(s) and where you get them? I've tried several, and for example, I like Lean Body for Her (chocolate), but I'd like a few more tasty suggestions.

I'm not really into shakes in the colder months, but in the summer, they help!

Thanks!
Caroline

My favorite is Jay Robb Whey Protein Vanille and Jay Robb Egg Protein Vanilla.

They have other flavors too and I heard they are good, but I have never tried them, I keep sticking with vanilla :)

I am currently using the EAS 100% Whey in Vanilla. I plan on picking some Chocolate up this week.

I mix it w/ either PB -or- some F/F, S/F pudding..YUM!
I always mix it w/ 1/2C skim milk, & 1/2C Water. Plain water is just YUCK!

I love Jay Robb's whey protein in vanilla, tropical dreamsicle and strawberry. I haven't tried the chocolate, but I'm told it's very good especially when mixed with soy or sk. milk, PB and a banana.

i like syntha 6 by bsn the chocolate tastes like chocolate milk. this is the only protein drink that i have been able to take regularly, the others taste too bad for me.

I was wondering where'd you get the dark chocolate mousse one? I have not been able to find it anywhere. Not on bodybuilding.com, GNC or anything. I'm DYING to try that flavor. Thanks!

Hi All!

Do you find that by using protein powder, you are gaining weight???

My husband drinks it daily after working out, because he wants to add weight on (must be tough, ha ha). :)

I always wanted to drink it for bigger, more define muscles, but I do not want to get fat either!

Thank you!

:)

I also use:

Beverly International Ultimate Muscle Provider and
Ultra Size...(vanilla). I prefer Ultra Size, but I use both.

Muscle Milk (a little high in fat, but tastes REALLY good!)....this is true.

and Micellar Milk....Muscle Milk's comp. But Micellar Milk is lower in fat and carbs and not as thick as Muscle Milk.

normally i just use the EAS, but i LOVE the stuff david kirsch puts out. you can get if off his website but it's expensive. i only had the chocolate. in addition to the good protein it also has fiber. and it actually tastes good mixed with water.
