Pressed for time!

Hey guys,
I'm pressed for time today. I have a BBQ later so I'd like to fit in a mini-workout knowing I will prob be eating some not-so-clean foods. Any ideas? Should I do cardio or weights?

I vote for the following mish-mosh:

I-Max 3 warm-up and blast-only premix
Boot Camp legs only premix first four drills only
Boot Camp core-only premix in its entirety
Boot Camp upper-body-only premix in its entirety
Stretch and eat.
