Today is rest day on the rotation (2nd wk Nov) and I'm taking it!!!

TGIF Everybody!!

Yesterday was GS Back,shoulder, bi's, plus superset premix GS chest & tri's and a 3 mile walk.
Today I'm planning on some step & abs, but haven't picked it out just yet.

Phyllis, I may add on some to the Dec. rotation on days I have extra time, but I WON'T feel guilty on days that I follow the rotation exactly either! ;-)

I won't feel guilty either Becky. I am definitely feeling some effects of overtraining. But, like you, on those days when I feel like doing more and time permits, then I have that option. At least we won't feel guilty about not completing a workout as it is written which is a big issue for me!!

Being consistent is fine, being compulsive is not!

Okay, I am done with my "rest rant". Just voicing my concern.:)

Anyways, today was Christi Solid Gold Cardio and abs from Body max.

Today was an easy day (listening to Conni's advice and I hadn't even read it yet! ha:p ) I did the step from Bodymax and coremax #1 .

I will take a rest day tomorrow or Sunday . Then start the Dec. rotation on Monday.

Today I'd really like to fit in some cardio and full body weights. I don't know if time will permit this though. If I can't do both, cardio will be done no matter what.

BTW-I am going to change my ticker now...another pound gone! WOOT WOOT!:+

Hi all
I'm checking in late. I had to wait because my computer was doing a big scan. Anyhoot I started some Christmas decorating and have kept up on wrapping and menu planning. Now I nmed to do some cardio and vacum the decorating fall out.

I'm off to Buffalo this weekend for kids sports- swimming and hockey. TTFN

I say Ya'll sometimes Wendy and I'm from Ohio. We are close to Kentucky though and they ALL say Ya'll ! ;-)
