I'm in my recovery week - finished phase 2!!! YA!!
Well - Is it ok to do some running / cardio during recov. week??
I feel like I could handle it...and I have my soccer playoffs this week and like to do some light running a few days before.
Just wondering what your thoughts are???

PS: I have noticed my strength increasing! pushups much better. Pull-ups, well, still need work. Definately, more flexible from yoga. Muscle endurance is better too. Visiual differences: abs are tighter, arms are toner. I think if I followed the diet, visiual difference would be better.
