Hi Girls.

I got in a 6 mile run at the park this morning and am officially signing up for a 5 mile race that takes place in a couple of weeks. I'm psyched!}(

Hope everyone is well. Busy weekend apparently as there were only a few posts y'day. Ah well...it's summertime so it's to be expected, right? :)

Have a great day!

Hey Wendy! Looks like it's just you & me around here today. Great job on the 6 miles. I agree - it was absolutely gorgeous here in my neck o' the woods - a perfect day for a run.

I took my weight & measurements today, which I have been doing in accordance with the Cathe calendar. It's interesting to see that my weight has hovered at around the same spot since February, and my measurements are generally going in the right direction, but there have been some fluctuations over the course of the past 5-6 months. Since last month, my chest stayed the same, and I lost a 1/2 inch each in the waist, hips, and thighs. I lost 1/2 inch in the right biceps and 1.5 inches in the left. Go fig. Now I am trying to create an Excel spreadsheet to calculate the total inches lost or gained, but it is a program I never had to use much, so I don't know exactly what I'm doing. *lol*

OK, I have a Lifetime movie on in the background that I'm getting sucked into...

Hi to anyone else checking in! Oh yeah, I did ME + a 5K run this morning. Tomorrow is yoga. I'll be trying out one of my two new kundalini DVDs. That should be interesting.

Cathy :)

Hi girls

I'm finally back. We were having so much fun that we didn't even leave the river lots until 5, which got us home at about 7 or so. By the time we unpacked, got showers and had dinner, it was almost 9. I had a hard time getting Cody out of the river - he loves to swim and the water is so warm. I also had a hard time getting Cameron away from the river bank since he is my little fisherman and was pulling em out hand over fist. DH was busy fixing up the lot to make it look nicer and taking fish off the line. LOL! I had fun riding the bike trails at a nearby state forest and watching the boys play in the river from the comfort of my camping chair. I also liked tipping a few beers at the firepit, watching the stars, and catching fireflys with DS. So much fun, so little time. I wish we could've spent a few more days there. We're already looking forward to the next time.

Wendy - Great job on your run. Someday I really need to try the whole running thing. So when is your 5 mile race?

Cathe - Great job on your inches lost. Your clothes must be feeling it too. So do you have to go to work tomorrow or are you taking a little vacation before you start your summer job? I have never heard of the kundalini DVD's. You'll have to dish about those.

I'd better go skim my emails before I head off to bed. Nighty night all

Angie
