I am always loving my Cathe emails and look forward to reading them.

I don't need fitness magazine's anymore.

For someone who exercise s like we do. It is essential to ou r success, the articles are great motivators to me. Just when I think I don't need to do this or that move. You spur me on.

Love your blog! Congrats!!

Agree completely. Love and look forward to all the blog entries. Education is the best form of motivation for me. From reading the blog I KNOW that following a regular and varied cardio/strength/stretch program that challenges you is the proven way to get the best results. And I KNOW that eating real food makes you feel and be the best you can be. Education is power.

Really appreciate that Cathe bases the blog entries on sound research. And really appreciate that Cathe bases her workouts on sound research!! That is why she stands out - no fads, just best practices!

The psycholgy focused article in this week's blog
The Mind-Muscle Connection: Can It Help You Build Strength? http://cathe.com/the-mind-muscle-connection-can-it-help-you-build-strength
is super useful to me.

Thanks again for all you do/write!

I would *not* trade the feeling I get while executing moves such as one arm row
for anything;);) It is a bliss:p;).

It's certainly worth investing time to gain mind-muscle connection.

What I love the most about this article is it contain strategy helping to gain it.
Super useful for newbies:)
