I’m going on vacation and will only be bringing a mat and weighted kickboxer gloves, plus my iPad loaded with Cathe on Demand. Is there a list of Cathe workouts that don’t require equipment? Thanks!
LITE Cardio Party; pretty much any kickbox; ICE To the Mat can be done without equipment; LITE Body Weight & Bands if you take bands; many of the HiIT don't use equipment. Have fun!
