I am wondering if I should workout tonight and what I should do so far this week I did CM & CK in a combined workout 1/2 an hour of both. Did Mindy's Strength Express Monday night and yesterday did Janis Saffrell Kickbox.
I am not sure what to do tonight its either kickboxing floor aerobics no more than 60 mins I doing Mindy's again tomorrow might I just need some inspiration.
Here are my workout tapes (I have other tapes but these are in my current rotation).
