Name the "OMG I got to work my ? today"

The body part you must push yourself to do. Ab's, ab's ab's, hate to work my ab's, did I say I HATE to work my ab's }( . Worked out this morning Low Max and 20 minutes of shoulders I promised myself as I usually do I'll do ab's when my son go's to school, so what am I doing, hmm, I'm on the computer talking about how I hate to do ab's instead of doing them :p . What's your bodypart?

There isn't any body part that I hate working, but I have to psyche myself up to run, becaue I find it so difficult, and there have been so many times that I've had disappointing runs that every time I go out I worry that it's not going to go well.

I love working the ole' abs and upper body. I hate running and have to motivate myself to do any cardio. Just don't like the gasping for air stuff, but you feel so friggin' great afterwards that it is worth it though! I don't do too much cardio as I don't want to lose muscle so I usually keep it at 30 mins max anyways.

I'll ditto the whole running thing...I've been doing it a looong time but I've never gotten good at it. But, yes, the endorphin rush keeps me coming back ;-)

I am with you guys on the running/cardio. Funny thing is before I started doing cathe I liked cardio more then weights. Not anymore though. Not sure why... I love to work abs. Maybe cause it's on the floor or ball :) Any weight workout I look forward to.

It's not cardio with me, just the running. I can do step and kickbox until the cows come home and I'm happy.:)

For me it's not so much one body part, as it is one exercise! I hate squats!!! I still do them and I know they are one of the best for overall leg work, but I still don't like them!!!

I feel this way about lunges. Lower body work in general has a bit of a dread factor for me, because it gets my heart rate so high and I get all winded from all the squats and lunges and leg press... Sometimes I feel sick to my stomach. And I think GS Legs is on my schedule for tomorrow morning - oh boy! ;)

I LOVE working my abs and upper body though. And I LOVE step and kickboxing.

Hate running. Never do it because I hate it that much. I stink at it - can't go very fast or very far, and it makes my bowels loose (I know, too much information). I decided a loooong time ago that running ain't for me. I would love to run a 5k just so I can say I did it, but it would be awfully hard for me if they don't have port-o-potties every other block on the route. :p

If you got the time I got the ears.............I'm listening.

Once upon a time I like doing biceps. PUB has become a very challenging exercise for me. So instead of following Cathe on dumbbell/barbells curls, I use my bicep curl machine or preacher bench.

OK Haydee you asked for it: they hurt! They suck! They're really hard to do! And if I gain one freakin pound they're twice as hard! x(

I like biceps also. One reason why I pair them w/the back routine. But shoulders are my favorite. I don't know why, they just are.

I have to really psych myself up to run or kickbox. I'm not very good at either one yet. While I see improvements each time I do either one, I just find it easier to do what I'm already good at.

I used to hate abs and lunges, but not anymore, so maybe I'll change again.

It's so interesting how different everyone is! I, too, DESPISE lunges!!! If it weren't for videos, I'd never do them. But I can't go against the grain when Cathe & crew are staring at me...

My favorite body part to work is back. I'm not really sure why but it feels so good!!!

Wow. Some of the things you guys hate, I love, like squats and back. I could do legs everyday! Shows we are all different and interesting in our own ways!

My dreaded body part? Biceps. I hate doing them. There is only only one motion that works them. x( BO-RING. zzzzzzzzzzz

I just put myself to sleep talking about them!
