MRT and PHA in rotations

@Cathe Friedrich ,

I'm working on my list of potential Cathe Live download purchases. I'm looking at the recent #565 MRT - you describe this as "Metabolic Resistance Training (aka MRT). MRT is very similar to PHA in that it is a faster paced, time efficient muscular strength and endurance workout designed to boost your metabolism, burn fat and calories while also delivering bonus cardio benefits at the same time. The way it differs from PHA is that instead of alternating between upper and lower body exercises, MRT uses all metabolic exercises regardless of whether they are upper or lower. In fact, you’ll see lots of compound movements that involve upper, lower, and core within the same exercise." I note you are also including a PHA Cardio Fusion in the new LRME (2) series as a cardio bonus.

My question is - how do you suggest we use these types of workouts in a monthly rotation that includes regular weight training (like an UB/LB/TB split, an STS2 Phase 2 (2UB/2LB splits), or 3 or 4 day split as in the free download bonuses?

Thanks for your input :)
