Good morning everyone
I had a real good start for the week. I decided to repeat the "one body part a day" thing because I liked the result!
So today was "back" again. S&H back followed by PUB back. Also did S&H abs and PUB abs. Ah, those pikes! For the last few I was down on my forearm... For cardio I did 30 min Nordictrack and 10 min rowing.
Now I'm ready to face the day!
