MONDAY workout

Good morning everyone

I had a real good start for the week. I decided to repeat the "one body part a day" thing because I liked the result! :)

So today was "back" again. S&H back followed by PUB back. Also did S&H abs and PUB abs. Ah, those pikes! For the last few I was down on my forearm... For cardio I did 30 min Nordictrack and 10 min rowing.
Now I'm ready to face the day!

Hi Mari! I hope you don't mind me barging in here & joining this group. Tonight I plan on doing MIS legs & also back/biceps/forearms & abs. I think I'll do SJ&P abs. Good for you on doing those dreaded pikes. I can finally master that whole thing but only when I do abs first instead of after upper body work. Kathy:D
 
Hi ladies. :)

This morning I did "Kick Punch and Crunch". I really like that workout. Tomorrow will be the flip side...Legs and Glutes. I'm also going to say that I've only been doing Cathe workouts for 2 weeks and I am already seeing a difference in the way my pants are fitting. I've done The Firm for eons and just never could quite get to the body condition I wanted. I don't think that's going to be a problem with the Cathe workouts so I am so glad that I took the plunge and ordered her Dvds. Now I'm trying to decide if I need the PLB/PUB that all of you rave about!:7
 
40something....isn't Cathe great compared to the FIRM?...welcome....and Kathy we like new workouts to look over!! I did Supersets today as my ankle hurt a bit from yesterdays trail run due to a twist! I really enjoyed SS as I hadn't done it in a few months. Those bike maneuvers were fun (ah, the burn..) might try some cardio this afternoon. Mari congrats on those tough pikes.....:)...Carole

I did step blast and abd ripper from the P90X series. I just love step blast it just gets you pumped.
I'm a hit and miss when doing the pikes:-( One day I will succeed.

Hiya gang, I reluctantly did PSSL&A this morning. I wasn't really into it but I completed the whole workout, almost quitting before the floorwork but I didn't:) . Don't know why maybe it is Spring Fever it is in the upper 80's and windy so it feels soooo good today. I just spent almost 2 hours basking in the sun. I am sooo ready for summer.:D

Carole...Absolutely agree with you!! I liked the Firm workouts but they were never challenging enough...and the cardio was always too short. I can already tell that 'Cathe' is going to whip me into shape in no time! And thanks for the warm Welcome too. :D
 
Hi, Yall. I'm a bonafide Cathe-holic. Today was Cardio & Weights.

I'm a former Firmie, too. I always enjoyed them. But, once I mastered Cardio Burn and Super Cardio, I had to take the Cathe plunge. I've been doing strickly Cathe for about 3 months.
 
I did S&H Chest and Back with my DH Monday night. I didnt think that I was going to get in a w/o because we worked so late but he agreed to start at 9:30 last night. I'll most likely workout during the day today while he's working so he can get a rest day. I dont want him to start out too hard and burn out.

I was in the mood for a quickie, so I did Tamilee Webb's Tighter Assets Cardio Blast. Tonight will the the bonus combo from Cathe's Pyramid DVD.
