Good morning fit ladies! How is everyone this morning? Yesterday I felt like I was going to get sick, so I went to bed very early last night, like 8:30 or something, and didn't get up until 7 so I am feeling MUCH better!

My throat feels a little cruddy, but I am much much better, hurray!
Michele, have fun running around today! Take pictures of your hair for us! :+
Lori, get all the rest you need. You have been very busy and there is a lot going on right now, so you need and deserve it!
Wendy, you really want to know a life in the day of me? Well, since you asked for it: get up, get the kids going, make breakfast, see the kids off, clean up kitchen, start laundry, in the mornings I can either grociery shop or go to the park with Logan or clean the bathrooms; whatever needs to be done that didn't get done in Saturday morning chores, bills, story time with Logan, clean up time for Logan, lunch, clean up again, put Logan down, workout (if i didn't get up early enough), finish laundry while talking on phone, get dinner started, see kids home, check kids homework or help them if needed, serve dinner, do evening chores with kids, read a chapter out of a book with them, help Mariah study for her multiplication table test (she has one each day on a different number group) and then finish laundry if I have any left. Phew! I didn't realize that I did so much!
It is great having older kids, especially since they are out of the constantly having to discipline and teach stage between the ages of 18mo and 4; once they learn to obey, respect, be responsible and have a moral character it is easy (but I don't have teenagers yet, so ask me again in a few years). I love having conversations with them and talking about their day, what they learned. Right now, I am teaching Mariah how to cook and do her own laundry, and it is sad because I am teaching her to be more and more independent!

I love to see how they problem solve and work out problems with friends. I HATE that they fight, but it is fun to see them squirm when I make them hold hands and tell each other how much they love the other, and then top it off with a kiss :+ ! They have the most tender and sweet moments, too. Once Layne got hurt at school and when Mariah heard about it, she dashed out of her class and wouldn't leave his side until she knew he was okay.

I honestly would have a hundred if I didn't have to be pregnant, I love being a mom. I am a bit selfish, though, and demand at least one evening to myself ALONE per week. I wish that I could talk you out of having more, but I can't! sorry!

Are you and DH contemplating another one? BTW, how was his bowling last night? Does he do it often? I am full of questions today, aren't I???
