I've only seen clips of this. What I have seen looked a little frantic, however I have friends that have the set, they like it. She just gives you the move, and you go at your own pace. Never tried it. Just what I've seen and heard.

I have the series and really like it. I don't find them frantic at all. For me, I find them tougher than alot of Cathe's.
