Legs - Results quest - Thoughts;-)

Hello everyone,

Yes, legs again. I just would like to share these Q&A from knowlegeable source.
I am looking for a healthy discussion on this highly covered topic LEGS.:)
Please share your experience and thoughts!

What type of result do you look for embarking in any leg program

The type of result I look for isn't inch loss. I lost about 15 cm from my heaviest time!
I therefore do not necessarily aim to lose inches. The result I look for are: Toned, leaned out
and defined/shapely legs. I love sculpted hamstrings:):)

:D I do not mind executing 100 reps of rolling the stability ball forward and back cause it works!;)

BTW, I numerously quoted Rock Bottom rotation. I gained good results on my hamstrings.

The approach described on the clip below worked for me:):). It worked for what I have and
will look for. leaner, defined/shapely legs.
