Hello everyone,
Yes, legs again. I just would like to share these Q&A from knowlegeable source.
I am looking for a healthy discussion on this highly covered topic LEGS.
Please share your experience and thoughts!
What type of result do you look for embarking in any leg program.
The type of result I look for isn't inch loss. I lost about 15 cm from my heaviest time!
I therefore do not necessarily aim to lose inches. The result I look for are: Toned, leaned out
and defined/shapely legs. I love sculpted hamstrings
I do not mind executing 100 reps of rolling the stability ball forward and back cause it works!
BTW, I numerously quoted Rock Bottom rotation. I gained good results on my hamstrings.
The approach described on the clip below worked for me. It worked for what I have and
will look for. leaner, defined/shapely legs.

Hope you could share the type of results you expect from your programs and/or
rotations.
Hope to hear from your thoughts
