Hi All,
I watched Cardio kicks tonight and practised a few of the moves, before my big first go at it tomorrow night (AAAAGGGHHH!!!!!), and Cathe mentions sneaker shoes (or trainers, in the UK) that have good lateral support - you see, the thing is I wouldn't know a sneaker had good lateral support if it jumped up and poked me in the eye. So, what I am wondering is, how would you know your sneaker (trainer) had good lateral support, please ?
Many Thanks
Anna
