kettlebell training

Do any of you workout with a kettlebell. I just bought one for something different to try and it said in the manual that kettlebell training is a faster way to get lean and sculpted. Have any of you using one seen improvements in your getting leaner? i really want to take my arms to the next level as far as definition. I have worked hard to get what I got but it has been a slow progress so that is why I thought maybe working out with a kettlebell would bring me better results as far as muscle definition and leanness. what are some good workouts? mine came with a gin miller 3 workout series but I found her to be a bit boring.
 
Definitely do a search of the forums for "kettlebells," there have been several lengthy discussions in the last few weeks that would really be helpful to you!

I have been using kettlebells on and off for the last couple of years, but I really started using them seriously a couple of months ago and have been really happy with my results - although these have been helped along by clean eating and rest as well.

I think kettlebells are great for workouts that combine intense cardio & heavy weight work, so you can get a soild workout in a fairly short amount of time. My personal favorite workouts are Lauren Brooks' "Ultimate Body Sculpt and Conditioning" DVDs (visit her website here). I think Volume 1 is perfect for beginners - but it also holds up as a kick-butt workout as you improve.

A lot of folks here really like the Art of Strength DVDs as well, and the AOS website has lots of instructional videos and things so you can be sure to use the correct form.
