I don't have this one, but it's on my wish list at Collage (though I don't like the fact that one set is a DVD plus the ladder for $39.95--reasonable, based on the price of agility ladders---and the other DVD is the same price with no ladder (they should sell both DVDs and the ladder as a set, IMO).
In fact, I just got 'back' here from visiting Collage and wondering if I 'need' the agility workout right now, or if I should wait! What a coincidence to see your post!
I haven't seen any reviews on this from VFers yet, either. I'm waiting a bit on it. But I think it would be fun to have the ladder for workouts like Mindy Mylrea, Tony Horton's plyo workouts, etc.
Collage rates this one as more advanced than the previous workouts, but their ratings aren't always what I would rate things. I'm hoping the CS workouts are getting more advanced as they go along.
Guess we'll just have to keep our eyes peeled for comments on these.

I haven't even seen the ladders. My sister asked me the other day about Mindy's Bootcamp if she used the ladder. She said they are great tools to use. I have heard about them, but have never seen them.

At Collage it says if you buy the lower body and the total body DVD's with the ladder, the price is $74.95. They call it the 4-pack, I guess I do still get what is in it. It states if bought separately it would be $79.95.
It doesn't say anything about what size the ladder is.
