Thursday- All Out Low Impact HiiT Plus ab bonus

Friday- Xtrain Chest Back Shoulders

Saturday- Xtrain Cardio Leg Blast

Sunday- OFF or extra stretch

Week 2

Monday- RWH Plyo HiiT One plus ab bonus

Tuesday- Super Cuts

Wednesday- RWH Back, Biceps, Shoulders


Friday- Lean Legs and Abs

Saturday- RWH Chest, Triceps, Shoulders

Sunday- OFF or extra stretch

Week 3

Monday- Butts & Guts

Tuesday- RWH Low Impact HiiT One Plus ab bonus

Wednesday- To The Max

Thursday- Shred Cardio/Push Day

Friday- To The Mat

Saturday-Mixed Impact Cardio/Pull Day

Sunday- OFF or extra stretch

Week 4

Monday- Athletic Training

Tuesday- Total Body Trisets Upper

Wednesday- Cardio Core Circuit

Thursday- Total Body Trisets Lower

Friday- Afterburn

Saturday- Flex Train

Sunday- OFF or extra stretch


Thanks for this Cathe. I'm going to start today. I've eaten my own body weight in chocolate this past week and thankfully it's now all gone so no more temptations.
