If it's from sprouted grains (it is, isn't it?) then it is not only whole, but has developed some enzymes that help with digestion, and some nutrients (I don't remember which) are increased with sproutiing.
Do you find Ezekiel bread with the other bread, or is it refrigerated?
Is Ezekiel a 'type' of bread or a brand name? Are there multiple brands of this bread?
I agree with the comments that Ezekiel bread is much better toasted. I love to toast it and top it with either peanutbutter or a slice of cheddar cheese.
