Insanity - upper body w.o.

There aren't any weights required for Insanity. It uses only bodyweight. The only upper body exercises are various forms of pushups (plenty of them) and some tricep dips from the floor. It's great for fat burning, HIIT, core work, and legs and butt, but you might want to supplement with some upper body weight lifting.

I used it on my cardio days but continued with my lifting schedule for both upper and lower body.

Hi,

I don't know if this is what you wanted, but here's what I have written on my exercise sheet. I'm not positive the names of the exercises are right, but it should give you a general idea. Amounts are similar to what I use in gym styles.

Bi's - 15's
In/out (none)
Runs (none)

Bi Squat - 15 (try 20 next time)
lateral raise - 10
tri dip (none)
power jump

Fly 15's
Push up raise - 5's
Knee twist (none)

Chest press - 20's
Bentover fly - 12
Ski abs (none)

I havent done the upper body workout but previewed it and it looks awesome. Definately looks like a great workout to go along withthe rest of insanity
