I have been having a hard time of it. I didn't finish the rotation because of yet another injury. Nothing to do with exercising. I was walking on the beach and decided to climb up the erosion part. I got myself in a grim situation which forced me to jump on the sound earth in an unusual way. I sprained my foot and couldn't walk on it for months. I'm fine now and started beginners workout and will catch up when my body is ready. Sheesh, seems it's one thing after another. Still having hope in getting there.
